Zagora Desert 2-Day Private Tour from Agadir - Camel Ride & Desert Camp

2 days, 1 nightDailyHotel pick-up and drop-off in Agadir, Taghazout or Tamraght

About this experience

A private two-day journey from Agadir to the edge of the Sahara. The road climbs through the Anti-Atlas, past Taliouine, known for its saffron, and Tazenakht, known for its carpets, to Ouarzazate, then follows the Draa valley, a long ribbon of palm groves and earthen kasbahs, down to Zagora. In the late afternoon you ride a camel into the dunes for the sunset, then settle into a Berber camp for a traditional dinner, a folk music show and a night under the stars. Tents have beds, and the camp has hot showers and toilets. After sunrise over the dunes and a Berber breakfast, the drive back to Agadir comes with photo stops in the palm groves and the landscapes along the way. The vehicle, driver and guide are just for your group, and the stops can be adjusted to suit you.
