Women's Surf & Horse Riding Week in Essaouira - Villa with Pool
About this experience
A group week for women who love sport, wild nature and good company, in Essaouira, Morocco's capital of wind and waves. You stay six nights in a private villa with a pool. Three two-hour surf lessons with qualified instructors teach you to ride the Atlantic waves, and two sunset horse rides take you along the beach and through the dunes. There is a quad tour on the giant dunes with sandboarding at sunset, and a Moroccan cooking class where you learn tajine, couscous and mint tea before a farewell dinner of the dishes you made. Between activities: the medina, the souks, an optional hammam and time by the pool, with a small rental car included for getting around.

Meeting Point
Itinerary
Private transfer from Marrakech airport to the villa in Essaouira, time by the pool, a first walk in the medina and a welcome aperitif.
Surf lesson with experienced instructors, a free afternoon by the sea, in the souks or at the villa, and a sunset walk along the seafront.
A slow morning by the pool, then a horse ride on the beach and through the dunes, ending in the saddle at sunset.
Second surf lesson, then free time or an optional traditional hammam with argan oil and black soap.
A horse ride to new wild corners of the coast, then quads on the giant dunes and sandboarding at sunset.
Last surf lesson, then a cooking class (tajine, couscous and mint tea) and a farewell dinner of the dishes you made.
Breakfast at the villa, a last walk by the sea, a group photo and the transfer to Marrakech airport.
Important Information
Women only. Single date: 26 Oct to 1 Nov 2026. Small group of 8 to 15 participants, solo travellers welcome. Marrakech airport is about 3 hours from Essaouira: book a return flight leaving at 12:00 or later, or agree a common time with the group for the shared transfer; a private taxi can be arranged.
Cancellation Policy
Travel cancellation insurance is included in the price, so a cancellation for a covered reason is reimbursed through the insurance.
