About this experience
This popular half-day tour combines two of Agadir's most distinctive experiences in one trip. Your driver takes you into the Souss plain, where local goats famously climb the argan trees to feed on the fruit, and on to a women's argan oil cooperative, where you learn how argan oil is pressed, taste culinary and cosmetic oils and browse handmade products with no pressure to buy. The tour also visits Crocoparc, home to more than 300 Nile crocodiles in landscaped pools surrounded by botanical gardens. Crocoparc opens at 10:00, so the order of the stops depends on your departure time. Hotel pickup and drop-off included. Short on time? You can also book just one part: the goats in the argan trees with the cooperative, or Crocoparc on its own.

Your driver meets you in your hotel lobby for the drive into the Souss plain.
30 minutes watching and photographing goats in the argan trees.
45-minute guided visit: how the oil is pressed, tasting of culinary and cosmetic oil, optional shopping.
An hour among the crocodiles and the botanical gardens.
Drive back to Agadir.
Back at your hotel around midday.
Important Information
This tour runs Tuesday to Sunday. Crocoparc opens at 10:00, so on the 09:00 departure the goats and the argan cooperative come first. Goats climb the argan trees most during the fruiting season, June to September. Comfortable walking shoes recommended. The tour takes about 3 hours, including travel.
